February 19, 2025 Author: Katherine Wyles We are seeking a Cluster Revenue Manager to work for our client who operates a world class holiday resort in Sardinia. Based in Milan, the successful individual will work closely with the Group Director of Revenue Strategy to coordinate and implement all revenue strategies relating to the resort. They will also be responsible for delivering all aspects of pricing, demand analysis, yield management, business mix optimisation, selling strategies, distribution and intermediary strategy and tactics to maximise revenue growth, profit contribution and market share, working closely with the on-property reservations and C&E team. Candidate Requirements A minimum of 3 years in a revenue management and/or analytical role Experience in an international hotel chain or hotel group Operational knowledge of any of the following systems: GRO, OnQ R&I, Vertical Booking, Protel PMS, CRS/CRO Software Advanced Excel and strong numeracy and analytical skills High-level presentation skills via PowerPoint or other tools Native or fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken) Must be EU Citizen or in possession of Italian work visa For more information or to apply, please contact Mara at mmmadisonmayfair.com or call on 44 20 8600 1169 J-18808-Ljbffr
