I am looking for a Project Manager / Principal Scientist experienced in managing formulation projects for new drug products from an innovative company.

You will be overseeing projects in injectables, tablets, capsules, liquids, etc.

A leading pharmaceutical company, working in various disease areas, is now hiring for an exciting role as Scientific Integrator Lead.

Here you will manage a team of scientists in the Drug Development Life Cycle.

The role as Drug Product Science Lead is a diverse role that will provide strategic and scientific technical leadership, and ensuring that deliverable are being met on time, at quality, and within budget in the Pharmaceutical Development.

The role is focused on developing the Drug Product Development strateg y across the different clinical phases, in collaboration with CMC department.

The company is based in Benelux where you will be based out of.

Relocation support is provided for the whole family, as well as career coaching for partner and school support for kids.

**Key tasks**:

- Delivering clinical and commercial formulation and manufacturing process for new drug products

- Responsible to have a full product and process technical/scientific understanding

- Managing the Drug Product development Life Cycle

- Leads and coaches other Scientific integrators

**About you**:

- Masters degree or PhD in pharmaceutical sciences or other relevant life science field.

- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Drug Product development, leading projects.

- Experienced in pre-clinical and late stage of Drug Product development

- You show leadership skills, and can influence your peers and partners without line authority
