**CMI Mission & Vision
Consumer & Market Intelligence (CMI) exists to bring the Italian consumer and shopper voice into the business for growth.
Our Vision is to be recognized as the market guidance of L'Oréal Italy's path to growth.
**The Role
In this role, you will be the Business Partner for your area of expertise, Market Intelligence and Analytics, for all L'Oréal Italia brands.
Your mission will be to drive a data and consumer-centric approach in the business to help grow the market value and market share for L'Oréal Italia and provide guidance to brands relative to their media plans and investments optimization.
Leading from the front transformative projects in the areas of data and market analysis, you will connect the dots across multiple data sources and methods.
Identify growth opportunities, and help the business execute on them.
Both proactively leading strategic analyses and research as well as answering specific briefs from your business partners.
You will also orchestrate the Marketing-Mix-Model and Market Forecast plans across all categories and brands in our portfolio.
**Accountabilities
- Integrate data from various sources (e. g.
market, consumer, media trends) into powerful insights and opportunities, and communicate with impact to drive action (as opposed to simply delivering reports or presentations).
- Structure and lead the Marketing-Mix-Modelling program landing it with the internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate and partner with various external agencies (media, consultancies, market research) and international stakeholders in the L'Oréal Group.
- Contribute to international media learning agenda insights consolidation by sharing local consumer journey and go-to-market insights with the wider organization (region, global).
**Skills and Capabilities
- 3-5 years' relevant Market Intelligence or Media Insight experience, either client or agency-side.
Work experience in media agencies, retail panel agencies, or marketing-mix-modelling consultancies is a plus.
- Comfortable with managing large, diverse sets of data, and using this information to inform and support business objectives.
- Good familiarity with advanced methods including Marketing Mix Models and Market Forecast
- Some experience in measuring return of Media investment.
- Understanding of the Media landscape, both traditional and digital, ideally with reference to Beauty and Personal Care.
- Appreciation of various Market Research methods and tools.
- Strategic thinking: able to grasp the big picture, what-if scenarios, discerning trends and drivers.
- Attention to detail, able to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Fluent spoken and written English and Italian.
