Join us as a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) & Documentation Engineer and play a pivotal role in optimizing maintenance operations for a leading paper mill in Lucca, Italy. Your Role:Reporting to the Maintenance Development Manager, you will:Ensure safe operations and adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies. Lead the development and implementation of the CMMS system (SAP). Train and support users and solve SAP-related issues. Maintain and update key maintenance data, including equipment registers and spare part linking. Standardize maintenance reporting systems and manage document revision processes. Collaborate with customer teams to maintain and continuously develop CMMS systems and documentation (drawings, service manuals, instructions, etc.

). What We're Looking For:Experience in process industries and maintenance in a mill environment. Strong technical background within the engineering field. Solid knowledge of SAP systems and a basic understanding of documentation management. Excellent problem-solving skills. Fluent in English; Italian knowledge will be considered a plus. Enthusiastic and proactive with a commitment to teamwork. Detail-oriented, diligent, and goal-driven with a willingness to learn new systems. Why Join Us?
