Emergency Vehicle manufacturer in Winter Park is seeking qualified candidates for CNC Press Brake Operator positions for 1st and 2nd shift.

Job Title: CNC Press Brake Operator

Location: Winter Park, FL

Pay: $20. 00 – 23. 00/hr (depending on experience)

What's the Job? Operate computer-controlled (but not automated) press brake machine to produce formed parts for additional manufacturing operations or sold "as-is". Understanding of planer made tooling, precision made tooling, American Tooling, European tooling. Understanding of types of dies: Rocker, Gooseneck, V-Die, Acute-Angle, Seaming, Curling, offset, multi-bend. Must be able to read tape measure and protractor; converting fractions to decimals. Ability to check parts utilizing calipers, micrometers and height gages, CT. Self-scribe parts and comprehension of metal thickness vs tooling for proper bend reduction conversions. Can make correct program into control to run correct parts and quantities. Can measure parts effectively to guarantee conformity to print specifications. Can determine if material supplied meets production requirements. What's Needed? 1-2 years of experience with CNC press brake machinery. Ability to work in various work environments within an open warehouse. Ability to work in 105-degree heat for excess of ten (10) hours per day. Ability to work in noisy and dusty conditions.
