We are an Italian startup studio specializing in creating SaaS startups with a B2B focus.

Every project we undertake combines a simple user experience, advanced data gathering and processing as well as AI elements.

Our team consists of founders, investors, serial entrepreneurs, open innovation enthusiasts, lean startup fanatics, and experts in cloud technologies, user experience, and digital marketing.

Position:

We are looking for motivated professionals who want to become Co-Founders of new startups.

We offer a validated business idea, an operating model, a team of experts committed to the project, and access to capital and investors.

Our approach is different from incubators and accelerators: we are co-founders of all our initiatives, not selecting already formed startups.

We are a partner in the project and we build it together!

The co-founder's investment is mainly in terms of time, energy, and expertise.

The financial capital that supports the startup comes from existing and new investors, and the co-founder will play a central role in fundraising, not excluding the possibility of direct participation.

Being in a flexible and fast-changing environment, you will play a critical role in taking strategic choices and will feel the impact of these choices immediately, having the opportunity to actively participate in the success of our startups and the achievement of our mission.

Requirements:

Must have:

Entrepreneurial mindset: open to risk, master of anxiety management7+ years of experience in digital rolesMiddle or Top Manager in your current or past companyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsOpen-minded, multicultural approach, and adaptable to changeProactivity and willingness to experiment with curiosityFluent in English

Previous experience in a startup environment as Founder/Co-founderExperience with digital products, preferably SaaSHaving an investor or tech network
