We are looking for a Co-Founder to join an early-stage venture and drive its growth from the ground up.

This is an opportunity to shape a high-impact business, define its strategic direction, and build a scalable and sustainable company. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement the overall business strategy, ensuring strong market positioning and growth. Lead fundraising efforts and engage with investors, partners, and stakeholders. Build and manage a high-performing, cross-functional team. Oversee product development and market validation, ensuring alignment with customer needs. Drive go-to-market strategies and scale the business across key markets. Define and monitor key performance indicators, ensuring financial sustainability and operational excellence. Work closely with co-founders, advisors, and strategic partners to create a strong foundation for success. What You Need To SucceedEntrepreneurial Experience: A strong background in startups, business development, or strategy, ideally in FoodTech, B2B tech-driven industries, or sustainability-focused sectors. Strategic Thinking & Execution: The ability to develop and implement business strategies while adapting to market challenges. Fundraising & Investor Relations: Experience in securing funding and engaging with investors. Leadership & Team Building: A track record of hiring, managing, and motivating high-performing teams. Resilience & Passion: Commitment to innovation, sustainability, and impact-driven business models. Fluency in English (other European languages are a plus).
