REQUIREMENTS We are looking for an Associate, ideally a Business Partner in 12-18 months, that will drive our business growth through proactive outreach and relationship building, leading the following activities:

Co-Creation of Business Strategy;Create and manage a sales team;Establish relationships with key B2B partners;Operations Focus on Results. WHAT WE OFFER Our Real Estate Onboarding Program will allow you to accelerate your Real Estate Entrepreneurial Know-How and Competences and support the Creation of an impactful Real Estate Company within our Group.

We will provide the Business Model, the Process and the Tools necessary to build the next level of Real Estate:

Hands-on experience in B2B and B2C sales with our business innovative approach;World-class training and mentorship;Processes and tools already tested and in operation for moving forward the business;Funding for start-up;Chance to develop a most innovative real estate business in Italy.
