Co-Packing & Projects Specialist

**Position Snapshot**:
- Nestlé in Italy, Milan headquarter
- Permanent contract
- Management engineering or equivalent
- Knowledge (university level) about Planning and key DSP, Supply Chain processes, objectives and methodologies and short work experience in Supply Chain/Operations will be an advantage
- Fluent in English and Italian
**Position Summary**:
As Co-packing Specialist, you will be managing the replenishment of products from the main warehouse to co-packers ones based on production plans of re-worked sku with the objective to maintain the optimal stock cover level with a high freshness to meet customer demand whilst minimizing cost.
As Project Specialist, you will be implementing and improving inter-functional supply chain processes with the objective of reducing total delivered costs.
You will also work on the development of reporting and analytical tools in Demand & Supply area through collaboration with the category DSP teams in the day-to-day ensuring supply activities.
**A day in the life of Co Packing & Projects Specialist**:
- Analyze and evaluate the supply plan, defining quantity of products to transfer to co-packers
- Create a feasible production plan that respects capacity defined
- Monitoring packaging material needed for productions
- Implement processes improvements to deliver tangible benefits (e. g.
: time saving, increased efficiencies, etc.
);
**What will make you successful**:
- Management engineering degree or equivalent
- Short experience in Supply Chain/Operations
- Good knowledge of Excel, Power bi (SAP is a plus)
- Strong communication and relational skills;
- Skills and experiences in influencing others and communication.
- Good in stress management
- Collaborate proactively with innovative and constructive approach
- Mental agility, insight, analysis and synthesis
- Fluent English and Italian
