**Your day-to-day responsibilities include**:

- To identify the status of the service

- To detect critical situations

- To take immediate action if necessary, in accordance with the established procedures

- To analyse the impact on payment transactions

- To notify the specialist resolution team

- To notify external clients if needed

- To take part in the evaluation of the escalation process in order to detect any improvements

- Works effectively and completes assignments in group settings (in different shifts covering 24 hours, 365 days per year)
