The company manages own brands - Dmail in retail and mail-order; KIKO Milano, Womo and Bullfrog in the cosmetics sector; Atalanta in sport; Da30Polenta in the catering industry - well as in joint venture with Billionaire Italian Couture in the fashion industry.
In the F&B sector, Percassi manages the brands Wagamama, Casa Maioli and Caio Antica Pizza Romana in partnership with the Cremonini Group.

**Profile
As a
**Jordan Retail Coach**, your mission will be to create an environment that will provide a
**premium consumer and employee experience** and
**implement/execute programs to drive business results**.
This leader will have the ability to empower peers and direct reports to gets results.
Jordan Retail Coach is an emerging leader with a
**passion for retail** and
**basketball**,
**sneaker **and
**streetwear culture**.
**Responsibilities
In addition to shared leadership responsibilities, the Coach will focus on one of three Areas of Expertise where they will gain critical experiences to help propel their growth and development:
- **Consumer Experience**.
With the consumer at the heart of everything we do, the Coach will help shape how world-class service looks throughout the store, bringing the Jordan experience—both physical and digital—to life for consumers every step of the way.
- **Athlete Services**.
In this role, the Coach will ensure the store is staffed with amazing people by attracting, assessing, and onboarding future teammates.
In addition, they will equip store employees with the tools they need to be successful in their day-to-day tasks.
Most importantly, the Coach will help foster a vibrant, inclusive, and fun work culture.
- **Product Life Cycle**.
From receiving in the stockroom to visual merchandising on the sales floor, the Coach will make sure that the consumer always has access to the right product at the right time;
- **Marketing**.
** Community & Culture**.
In close partnership with geo marketing teams, the Coach will focus on traffic driving activity through coordinating store programming across key Jordan service & experience touchpoints and creating relationships with local partners and influencers within the sport, sneaker and streetwear community.
**Qualifications
- 3 years of retail and/or consumer service experience;
- 1 years of leadership experience;
- High School Diploma as the minimum level of education;
- Ability to communicate English;
- Flexibility and willingness to work during the week, weekends and holidays based on business;
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, build and lead high-performing teams;
- Enthusiasm for engaging with consumers and inspiring them to become Jordan members;
- Digital literacy desire to learn and adapt to technology needs with agility.
