The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all coating processes, equipment, machinery, and production, ensuring the highest standards of quality and performance.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee All Coating Processes, Equipment, Machinery, and Production: Ensure the smooth operation of coating processes and equipment, and supervise production activities. Understand Product Characteristics: Familiarize yourself with and understand the various characteristics and requirements of the products. Familiarity with 16949 Standards: Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 standards to maintain product quality and adherence to regulations. Operate SAP and MES Systems: Manage and operate SAP and MES systems for efficient production management. Requirements: Proficiency in coating-related softwareProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams)Over 10 years of experience in coating processes
