We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Coating Engineer (PlantManager) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing allcoating processes, equipment, machinery, and production, ensuring the higheststandards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee All Coating Processes, Equipment, Machinery, and Production: Ensure thesmooth operation of coating processes and equipment, and supervise productionactivities. Understand Product Characteristics: Familiarize yourself with and understand thevarious characteristics and requirements of the products. Familiarity with 16949 Standards: Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 standards tomaintain product quality and adherence to regulations. Operate SAP and MES Systems: Manage and operate SAP and MES systems forefficient production management.

Requirements:

Proficiency in coating-related software Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams) Strong English language skills Over 10 years of experience in coating processes
