Job Title: Coating OperatorLocation: Worcester, MAPay Rate: $22 per hourShifts Available:3rd Shift: 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PMAbout the Role:We are hiring a Coating Operator to operate coating machinery, apply silicone, non-silicone, and adhesive mixes to film products, and ensure quality and safety standards.

This role is ideal for someone with industrial machinery experience, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. Key Responsibilities:Operate and maintain coating machines. Load materials, add mixes, and adjust machine settings. Perform quality checks and clean machinery. Follow safety protocols and wear PPE. Enter data into the QAD system for inventory management. Qualifications:High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. 12–18 months of experience with coating or similar machinery. Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
