OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE

**ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Contribute to preclinical projects by developing and executing well-defined experiments.

- Independently design and perform functional assays to elucidate mechanisms of action, including but not limited to T cell immunophenotyping, T cell-dependent cytotoxicity, and cytokine release assays.

- Analyze, interpret, and present data, contributing to scientific discussions.

- Initiate new experimental approaches to specific challenges using scientific theory, data from internal/external collaborators, and technical literature.

- Prepare and present comprehensive technical reports and formal presentations/posters to a range of internal and external audiences.

- Conduct scientific presentations to internal teams.

**EDUCATION, BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES, AND SKILLS

- PhD in a relevant scientific discipline.

- Authorization to conduct animal experiments.

- Prior experience in biotech or industry is preferred.

- Hands-on experience in tissue processing, molecular biology techniques, ELISA, and other cell-based and non-cell-based biochemical assays.

- Experience with multi-color flow cytometry is strongly preferred.

- Familiarity with biologics (e. g. , antibodies, ADCs, cell therapies) is desirable.

- Proficiency in data analysis software, such as GraphPad Prism, CytoFLEX platform, and FlowJo.

- Strong team player with a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, biotech-like environment.
