Your RoleAs a CoE Intern in Engineering Transport, you will play a crucial role in supporting our continuous improvement initiatives.

You will work closely with our team to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce operational costs. Key Responsibilities:Support the continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce operational costs. Evaluation and enhancing the Distribution network to ensure optimal coverage, service quality, and cost-effectiveness. Work and optimize Transportation Management Systems (TMS) to improve Distribution management, scheduling, and operational control. Try to develop lean methodologies to boost productivity, minimize waste, and promote a culture of continuous improvement. Support design and optimization of facility layouts to enhance operational efficiency and responsiveness. What We Are Looking For:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar quality management frameworks would be a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to work in team and on multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication skills in both Italian and English.
