**Main Responsibilities / Activities

We are looking for a 6 months Intern to support the Coesia Digital and Customer Service Innovation team, motivated to learn and work in a fast place and international environment.

The trainee will be a proactive part within a project able to help companies to develop innovative services able to bind the customer and protect the business of Customer Service.

The main tasks include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Support in the design and customization of a new Coesia Digital Platform with the collaboration with external supplier;

- Contribute to the creation of an innovative service, starting from the analysis of customer needs, identifying business opportunities in order to implement a digital service to support the customers;

- Provide multimedia contents, help to create templates, including text reviews, translations and multimedia creation;

- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

**Basic Requirements

- Good knowledge of Graphic design SoftWare such as Sketch, GIMP, Affinity Designer, Gravit Designer, Canva, or similar.

- Excellent knowledge English language (written and spoken);

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Power Point;

- Degree in Economics, Marketing Communication, Languages or related;

- Analytical and detail-oriented skills;

- Excellent communication and multitasking ability;

- Willing to learn and share our business knowhow.
