What You Need to Be SuccessfulMaster's Degree in Engineering; preferably mechanical / automation / electrical / managementLess than 18 months of professional experience;Fluency in English and Italian; a third language will be considered a plus;Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships and trust with colleagues and stakeholders;Innate aptitude for teamwork;Excellent communication skills;Personal drive and results orientation;Availability for domestic and international business trips up to 70% is paramount.
