**Posizione**:
Digital Diversity Week supports Diesel in the search of profiles belonging to the protected categories (L. 68/99) to become a Collection Merchandiser, who will be placed within the Global Merchandising Department. The role will support the team in the identification and realization of a structure of the Ready-To-Wear Female collection assortment.
Main responsibilities:
- Support the Global Collection Merchandising Manager RTW in the definition of the collection plan at a WW level, based on the needs of the market, the trends, and the strategic vision of the brand, in strong cooperating with the Design and Product teams.
- Monitor the development of the collections and constantly coordinate with the Product and Design teams to ensure adherence with the shared merchandising plan at the beginning of the collection.
- Analyze collection performance: weekly/monthly/seasonal reporting on sales, best sellers and sell through analysis, strengths and weaknesses of current and past collections.
- Participate in product development meetings between Merchandising, Design & Product.
- Collaborate in the collection pricing process to achieve the Company's profit margins.
- Market and competitor analysis in terms of product and pricing positioning in different markets, with the aim of a constant update to the team.
- Support Markets during buying campaign providing all necessary information regarding collection structure and core offer proposal.
- Preparation of training materials for sales.
**Requisiti**:
- Belonging to the protected categories l. 68/99
- Educational background in business management or similar and a minimum of 1/2 year experience within roles of Brand/Merchandising/Buying in a fashion company modernly structured;
- International mindset and experience gained in both educational and career paths;
- Great passion for fashion and sound knowledge of the current market and consumer trends;
- Strong analytical skills and mindset, proficiency in Excel and Power Point;
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to problem solving and to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, flexibility, initiative and enthusiasm;
- Fluent in English. The knowledge of other languages is a plus.
