**JOB PURPOSE

- The resource will support the team on Collection & Merchandising Strategy/Business Analysis and Licensee Relationship management.

**RESPONSABILITIES

- Collection brief preparation, assortment review, price definition & mapping

- Sales campaign organization

- Competitors analysis

- Product presentations for Retail/ Communication/Training

- Sales analysis

- Samples set management

**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

- Master's degree in economics- Work experience at least 3/4 years, gained in Luxury Fashion Industry- Solid knowledge of Luxury and Product- Knowledge of license business model can be a plus- Product development can be a plus- Very Strong Knowledge of Office Suite- Ability to work in team- Ability to work by objectives; result-oriented- Very good communication and interpersonal skills- Very good knowledge of the English language (CEFR C1)
