As a Collection Specialist, you will play a meaningful role in the ASP EMEA organization and you will be part of our dynamic Credit & Customer Financing team!

In this position, you are responsible for the daily Collection activities in Italy and other legal entities in EMEA.

**Responsibilities**:

Under limited direct supervision and general direction and in accordance with all applicable government laws, regulations and ASP policies, procedures and guidelines, this position:

Supervises customer accounts to identify outstanding debts.

Investigates historical data for aged debt.

Contacts clients to ask about their overdue payments.

Takes actions to encourage timely payments.

Resolves financial disputes and customer credit block issues.

Updates account status records and collection efforts.

Reports on collection activity and accounts receivable status.

Any other assigned work by your management team.

Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level.

**Qualifications**:

Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Accounting.

Minimum of 2. 5 years of practical experience in a similar role.

Fluency in Italian & English.

Any third language would be a plus.

At least 2 years of SAP Experience (FI and CM).

Proficient in Excel.

Willingness to travel apx.

20% of the time.

Highly detailed oriented and organized.

Excellent communication and social skills.

Hands-on and can-do mentality.

Ability to work harmoniously and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management and third parties.
