As a **Colour Service Manager**, you will be in charge of giving support, with your colorists team, to our customers and sales for our Architectural Coatings Division and all our distribution networks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate color service and dispenser service staff.

- Work with PPG countries EMEA in growth, know-how e R&D of color technologies.

- Italian referent for software and IT for dispenser.

- Handle dispenser service, including external service providers

- Manage and coordinate technical color events

- Manage manuals color and dispenser

**Color Service**:

- Handle customers color service improving communication instruments, customers manuals and integration opportunities.

- New creation of Master, submaster, template

- Color chart and fan deck - new implementation, changes and updates

- Handle color database, according with PPG color laboratories

- Build and organize new sample service

- Manage color claims

**Dispenser Service**:

- Download, handle and creation of software update

- Manage license, software and network

- Coordinate dispenser flow: purchasing, setting, handling maintenance, spare parts

- Coordinate external service providers

**Training**:

- Lead training for customers and technical people, internal or external of PPG organization on color and dispenser contents.

**Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of color techniques, paintings systems, products

- Confirmed work experience of 3 years acquired in a similar position, with team management

- Agile, stress

- resistant and problem solving

- Outstanding interpersonal with strong communication

- Flexibility to travel

- Proficient English
