The purpose of this role is to operationally support the EMEA Chief Commercial Officer on the key pillars of Trading, Investment Management and Content, and other key stakeholders to:

- refine and support the implementation of the commercial strategy.

- aid in the delivery of current and establishing new revenue streams and to ensure compliance with commercial agreements and regulatory requirements and protection of Dentsu's commercial interests.

- Develop appropriate software tools to support the above.

- Manage the operational activity regarding compliance and client's audit.

**Job Description**:

Key accountabilities:

- Operation and organization support to commercial matters.

- Drafts preliminary commercial agreement across a variety of areas but generally focused on business supply side (media vendors (i. e.

trading and service agreements, tech partners, business suppliers).

- Support the strategic and commercial direction of the business.

- Analyses business opportunities, including development of materials supporting those opportunities for review by Dentsu Media leadership.

- Reviews media income performance and provides insight to aid in the development of trading strategies.

- Manage the preparation of draft agreements and models that can deliver tangible business outcomes.

- Assists with implementation of best-practice in compliance and contracts management, external and internal audits.

- Mozart management (upload and maintenance).

- Support Finance Team for Media income revenue recognition.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Economics and Business.

- 1-2 years of previous experience preferably in the role in Media Industry.

- Excellent knowledge of the Office package especially Excel (vlookup, macro) and eventually Access.

- Eventual experience in Media Relations area.
