These are the products of the hair-obsessed. The role:The Commercial & Channel Manager Oribe Italy, reporting into the General Manager Kao Salon Italy, is responsible for researching and developing marketing opportunities, planning and implementing new sales plans for Oribe in the Italian market.

The Commercial & Channel Manager Oribe Italy will manage the Oribe Italian team (direct reports) regarding marketing, sales & education and will perform managerial duties to meet the companies' strategical goals.

In this role, the Commercial & Channel Manager is responsible for the financial outcome (net sales) and management (education, marketing, sales) of the Oribe brand in Italy and is the key Oribe contact for Global, Regional and local teams.

Within the area of responsibility there is also the direct management of the top Retail and E-Comm accounts in Italy for Oribe. What you will do:Strategy & PlanningResponsible for Oribe strategic direction initiatives and planning, coordination, and management of the Oribe integrated marketing, public relations and communication strategy in Italy. Responsible for sales execution plan and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.

Supporting sales team on new client acquisition in line with global guidelines. Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding customer requirements, identifying market trends. Researching and developing educational plans, understanding customer requirements, identifying market trends, in close collaboration with EMEA education team and local educators.
