**Main characteristic of the role**:
The Business Controller - Commercial is leading the activities to support commercial team on business decision and opportunity identification and improve transparency to better achieve business target.
**Main accountabilities of the role**:
- Margin analysis
- Sales performance measurement
- Budget, forecast and variance analysis
- Monitoring product cost through the project
- Sales monitoring after new product launch
- Cost analysis and saving initiatives
- Harmonization and improvement projects
- Ad hoc analysis
**Requirements**:
- **Educational Level**:Experienced** **Bachelor Level/Master Level
- **Professional Experience**:7+ years
- **Leadership Level**: Individual Contributor
