**POSITION INFORMATION
Datalogic is looking for a Commercial Controller to join our Planning & Control Team in Calderara di Reno (BO).
**ROLE MISSION
Reporting directly to the Control Manager, the role will support in overseeing the financial health of Sales organization by managing its budget, monitoring its expenditures, and ensuring that it remains profitable being a key member in contributing to the continuous improvement of business reporting through standardization and enhancement.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Budgeting, Forecasting, Mid-Long Term Financial Planning
- Collecting and monitoring business performance metrics
- Analysis and explanations of data concerning Pricing / Margin / Sales costs / Managerial P&L
- Construction of commercial and Business Intelligence data
- Preparation internal and external financial reporting reviewing financials to ensure they are accurate and complete and evaluating financial performance of the business by analyzing reports generated by the accounting system or DWH
- Cooperate with the accounting team in the monthly closing activities.
**REQUIREMENTS
Education (School/Specialization): Degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics or Statistics
- Language: fluent English both verbal and written
- Experiences: at least 3 years of proven controlling expertise in complex multinational environments, in companies where the control is deeply involved into the business.
**OTHER INFORMATION AND SPECIFIC SKILLS
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication capabilities, and presentation skills
- Effective business partner attitude
- Business acumen
- Experience with PowerBI
- Knowledge of the main MS Office tools (excellent Excel and PowerPoint proficiency)
- Accounting and strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively as well as in a team and under high pressure
- Result-driven
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Team worker
- Nice to Have: ERP (SAP, Hyperion) knowledge
