Commercial Controller Coordinator (Fixed-Term Contract)
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Controller Coordinator to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing cost control activities, ensuring efficient budget management, and supporting planning and analysis processes.
This role requires strong coordination skills, the ability to collaborate across departments, and experience in financial management and ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities: Collect and analyze data for Lifetime Budget planning and reviews (monthly and quarterly) from various departments within the Foundation.
Provide support in the monthly and quarterly management closures process.
Assist in providing actual data for planning activities.
Collaborate with relevant departments to define and refine the operational plan for the current year's activities.
Work closely with the team to give input and monitor the implementation and development of the ERP system.
Monitor and verify the progress of purchasing activities, ensuring compliance with allocated budgets.
Coordinate with the Budget Planning team to develop and update the Lifetime Budget process.
Handle ad hoc activities as needed to support departmental requirements.
