Our expertise lies in providing strategic solutions to navigate disruptions and we are seeking an experienced and visionary _**EMEA Commercial Director**_ _to lead our commercial efforts across the region. _
- **Position Overview**:_
- Reporting directly to the CCO, as the EMEA Commercial Director, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing our commercial strategy to drive growth and capitalize on market opportunities. You will oversee the commercial activities in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and foster lasting client relationships. _
- **Responsibilities**:_
- **Commercial Strategy and Planning**:_
- _Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy for the EMEA region aligned with the company's overall objectives. _
- _Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and assess competitive landscapes. _
- **Business Development**:_
- _Lead the business development team in identifying and pursuing strategic partnerships and new clients. _
- _Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and relationship management. _
- **Client Relationship Management**:_
- _Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their evolving needs and ensuring customer satisfaction. _
- _Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance on disruption management and crew care solutions. _
- **Team Leadership and Development**:_
- _Provide leadership and direction to the commercial team. _
- _Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement. _
- **Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams**:_
- _Work closely with operations, purchasing, finance, and other departments to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction. _
- **Financial Management**:_
- _Manage and monitor financial performance against KPIs. _
- _Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes for the EMEA commercial division. _
- **Market Intelligence**:_
- _Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the EMEA region. _
- _Participate and coordinate the team during industry specific events, both nationally and internationally. _
- _Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market intelligence. _
- **Qualifications**_
- Bachelor's degree. MBA is a plus. _
- 7+ years proven experience in Aviation with established relationships with Airline's and Ground Handling companies' Procurement and/or Ground Operations Departments. _
- 7+ years proven experience in commercial leadership roles, with a focus on the EMEA region. _
- Deep proven knowledge of the Italian Aviation market is a big plus. _
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strategic client relationships. _
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. _
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. _
- Willingness to travel as required. _
- Fluency in English and Italian languages as minimum requirement. Other languages are a plus. _
