Management of the Commercial Excellence Initiatives across the Business Unit.
Development of tools and processes to drive commercial efficiency and execution.
Supports the VP CC Europe to follow-up major business KPI's.
Responsible for business development initiatives across the Country and develops investment projects:
- Support the VP CC Europe decisions with strategical inputs at the country level, while implements local plans that are align with the broader global strategy.
- P&L ownership for Sales & Marketing CC business.
- Ensuring effective financial planning; continually reviewing financial results to identify negative variances; developing action plans to address issues; managing expenses to budget and deliver targeted profit contribution.
- Leverage market research and competitive intelligence to maximize market opportunities and identify potential barriers.
- Continuous improvement on forecasting/reporting systems for sales and margins; ensuring integration across organizational functions and adaptability as the business grows; creating metrics to communicate/evaluate progress.
- Setting the agenda for delivering an above market rate of growth and profitability expansion in line with corporate objectives.
- Setting go-to-market strategy in line with BU direction and objectives in unison with the VP Europe and work closely with the other functions and franchises as appropriate.
- Modelling and setting the company's culture, values and behaviour, and leading by example, demonstrating trust, honesty, openness and integrity
- Contributes to BU strategy by providing input about local external environment and customers.
- Responsible for hiring, developing and retaining key talent and knowledge within the organization and for attracting the talent needed for the future.
- Leadership role in assuring a motivated, committed and fully productive workforce.
- Works collaboratively with functions to adapt global strategy to local health care environment.
- Continuous improvement on forecasting/reporting systems for sales and margins; ensuring integration across organizational functions and adaptability as the business grows; creating metrics to communicate/evaluate progress.
- Along with the sales leadership and training team own the implementation of the ConvaTec Salesforce Excellence program to drive efficient and effective use of our field resource.
- Knows the local economic, market and industry trends and uses trend data to maximize opportunities and minimize risk exposure
- Institutionalizes changes in culture, process, external relationships and business models
- Delivers financial commitments to optimize short-term performance and long-term growth while ensuring compliance with all laws, regulations, and company policies
- Appropriately allocates resources to align with brand strategies
- Collaborate and agree on appropriate budget goals aligned with external marketplace and internal strategy

- Local strategy leading the market to find new opportunities to extend product life cycle and services; new ideas implemented quickly; business strategies founded on critical success factors with measurable targets.
