EXPERIENCE International, **a Head Hunting and Consulting firm operating in the Medical Devices, Capital Equipment, Diagnostics, and Pharma sectors, on behalf of a major multinational in the Med-Tech field, is looking for the following professional resource**:Commercial Excellence & Pricing Strategy Manager

**Posizione**:

The **Commercial Excellence & Pricing Strategy Manager **will support the Business Unit Manager by ensuring the highest quality and execution level of **Operation processes**, focusing on **Revenue forecasting**, **Sales support**, **Tender**, and **Contract Management**.

He/She is skilled in **Operational Excellence **(processes optimization, lean processes, ticketing system), **Commercial and Sales Excellence **(Sales Force Effectiveness, CRM, Leads, Opportunities, customer segmentation, customers acquisition, sales commissions, and bonuses), **Tender Excellence Analyst**, and **pricing analysis activities.

Moreover**, he/she is familiar with CRM and e-commerce areas.

**Responsibilities**:

- Management of **public tenders**, driving the profitability analysis process, simulating and defining the **pricing** and **commercial strategies**, together with Sales and Finance Directors

- Creation of net sales and profitability reports and dashboards for the Sales Force, through the Business Intelligence tools

- Turnover bonuses and products' reimbursement monitoring for the hospital and wholesalers channels

- Development of sales contracts in accordance with customers' needs

- Managing a team of resources in order to achieve high performance.

**Requisiti**:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Economics or Engineering.

A previous experience of 5 years in similar roles inside multinational Medical Devices or Pharmaceuticals realities.

Ability to understand, collect and synthesize data and technical information, the capability to understand the **sales and tender process**, ** **and how different functional areas work together inside a company.
