Commercial Excellence Internship
Job Description Summary**: GE Grid Solutions is looking for an intern in our Commercial and Business Development team.
The key role will be to support the Sales team to drive a wide range of activities supporting the commercial rationale of our products towards both internal and external customers.
Reporting to the Sales Manager and in close cooperation with internal stakeholders across the company i. e.
operations, finance, sourcing and engineering, you will have great exposure towards the management team.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Maintenance and development of commercial data and internal CRM tools.
- Support to Sales Area Manager in offer definition and quotation handling
- Cross department collaboration to support the team in defining the rationale for product pricing.
- You will be located in our Sesto San Giovanni (MI) site.
**Qualifications / Requirements / Desired Characteristics**:
- You are a recent graduate in finance or engineering or equivalent knowledge or experience
- Has excellent analytical and data modelling skills.
- You have experience in building and working with databases.
- Strong networking skills and ability to navigate through a dynamic organization.
- Interest to industrial, manufacturing environment.
- Has good command of English, both written and spoken.
- EU work permit
