**Neuraxpharm is searching a vacancy based in Milan area**:
COMMERCIAL EXCELLENCE SPECIALIST
(temporary replacement - solid chances of subsequent permanent hiring)
The Commercial Excellence Specialist, directly reporting to the Commercial Head, will work for the Commercial and Operational Excellence and support the quantitative and qualitative analytics work streams, interacting closely with the Marketing and Sales teams.
**Being his/her major accountabilities**:
- Reporting
- Identify Key Performance Indicators (such as sales trend, coverage of target, concentration curve) to describe and better understand trend, variances and performance
- Develop a set of analysis to dive into the data and highlight business insight useful and relevant to internal stakeholders like emerging product trends, common behaviors of customers
- Optimize existing reports improving usability and structure
- Run standard periodic reports (sales trend, report on Field force Activity, coverage of customer target and frequency of visits )
- Support business decisions of Sales and Marketing team providing them with solid, data-driven outcomes
- Generate added value analysis and insight on all the therapeutic areas supporting the generation of market research emphasizing the competitive intelligence too
- Customer Relationship Management Tool:
- Support the data entry within the CRM reporting systems and ensure good quality of data stored into them.
- Collect enhancement requests from users and manage appropriate system updates.
**Requirements**:
- Degree preferably in Statistics, Economics, Finance, Engineering
- At least 3 years experience of reporting and analytics; preferably in Pharma Industry or Management Consulting Industry
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (mandatory) and Power Point.
Preferred knowledge of SAP
- Experience using technology to work efficiently with large datasets for SFE as well as forecasting and business case activities
- Good command of English
- Good writing and oral presentation skills
