If you're looking for a job where every day is different and you can put your maintenance skills to work, PDS Tech Commercial wants you on our team Location: Florence, SC 29501 Shift: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (1-hour lunch) Assignment Type: Full-Time (Temp to Perm) Why This Job is a Great Fit No sitting behind a desk—stay active and work with your hands Get experience in electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance Every day is different—you'll never be stuck in a routine Work with a team that values your problem-solving skills Career growth opportunities—learn new skills and move up What You'll Be Doing Keep things running by performing general building maintenance Fix, repair, and adjust lighting, plumbing, and minor electrical systems Respond to emergencies—when something breaks, you're the one who saves the day Inspect the facility and report any issues to keep things safe and efficient Move and assemble furniture and equipment as needed Follow safety procedures to keep yourself and your team protected Keep things organized by documenting work and tracking materials Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations What We're Looking For At least 1 year of hands-on experience in maintenance, electrical, or plumbing Basic repair skills for lighting, office furniture, and general facility needs Technical training or trade certification is a plus, but not required Basic computer skills to document work and report issues A valid driver's license to move between locations when needed If you love fixing things, staying busy, and working on a great team, this is the job for you.
