About the Role We have an exciting Commercial Finance Business Partner opportunity for our Off Trade Channel in Italy.
You will be part of an exciting and growing business responsible for the end-to-end channel performance.
In this role, you'll lead key business processes including Business Performance Management and Annual Operating Planning, providing sound commercial and analytical support to the commercial team and senior stakeholders.
You will identify value-enhancing opportunities by stepping beyond purely financial agendas to add genuine commercial insight.
Responsibilities: Drive Performance: Drive understanding and focus on performance through strategic planning and best view forecasting.
Take a leadership role alongside the Sales Director to drive customer and commercial strategy.
Drive holistic price/mix and gross margin improvements.
Guard the sustainability of market share.
Accountability for cash management, driving OWC improvement through accurate forecasting and compliance.
Hold others accountable for delivering their commitments.
Improve Finance Capability: Develop and present financial tools and techniques to enhance decision-making.
Advise on the impact of forecasting and provide guidance for improvement.
Seek learning opportunities to enhance commercial understanding.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Use insightful analysis to identify and address business opportunities.
Conduct Stock in Trade analysis and hold sales teams accountable.
Engage in customer negotiations.
Manage cross-country accountabilities and projects.
About you: 5+ years of experience in Finance roles, with Business Partner experience being a strong plus.
Proficient in Excel, MicroStrategy (or similar), and Power BI.
Commercial experience with strong relationship building and influencing skills.
Comfortable with complexity in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Italian and English.
