Job Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Commercial Governance PMO to join our team and play a critical role in driving operational excellence within our Commercial Department. In this position, you'll work closely with commercial teams, business analysts, and project managers, contributing directly to the development and management of governance processes and tools that support our strategic goals. You are a results-driven professional with experience in project and program management, with a deep understanding of satellite communication principles and business processes. You have a passion for driving change and process improvement and thrive in collaborative environments where you influence teams through expertise. What You'll Do: Establish, maintain, and continuously improve commercial processes and tools in the Connectivity Business Unit Act as a central point of expertise for commercial processes, driving efficiency, consistency, and control Ensure initiatives adhere to best practices, company policies, and contribute to commercial performance Monitor KPIs, run retrospective and lessons learned sessions, and provide training to internal teams Administer and manage governance-related tools used by commercial teams, ensuring alignment with business needs Contribute to change management initiatives, driving process improvements What You'll Need: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field 3 years in a similar role, preferably in an international context, with a proven track record in driving results Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Experience with leading teams through influence Strong understanding of satellite communication principles and technical architecture components (e. g. , RF, Earth Stations, Teleports, terminals, supporting IT tools, etc. ) Knowledge of business process principles and best practices, including Project and Program Management, and direct experience with change management initiatives Availability to travel (up to 10% of the time), if required Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, PPM generic (Project Portfolio Management) Familiarity with Agile and ITIL frameworks or ISO Standards is a plus Where You'll Work: Turin, Italy J-18808-Ljbffr
