Glovo Concepts is a proven solution for restaurants as we take care of the branding, marketing, supply chain and train their chefs so that they just have to cook and grow their top line!
We are looking for a Commercial Lead to lead Milan's commercial long term strategy of a fast growing business.
**Be a part of a team where you will**:
- You will own the full **commercial funnel** from sales acquisition to partners activation & retention for the country.
- **Sales strategy**: Win acquisition by speeding-up sales productivity, growing our operators network up to 1000 stores in the short term (identifying it properly) and ensuring the profitability path impact.
- **AM Strategy**: Optimizing Glovo Concepts accounts growth, revenue and operations and designing new retention strategies.
- Build and implement scalable processes and **playbooks** to enable local fast growth of operators and brands.
- Lead the creation of a top-performing commercial team.
- Own partner's satisfaction making sure Glovo Concepts value proposition fits partners needs.
- Manage:
- You need effective communication with the Sales/AM and HQ.
- Take decisions quickly based on your experience
- Recognize, reward and share successes
- Work closely with the local manager ensuring a clear understanding and sharing the local best practices, worries, requests and news from the local team.
- Achieve country BPs focused where partners teams impact
- Improve processes and product:
- Improve the CRM structure (Salesforce)
- Drive positive changes**:Make things happen!
- Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference
**You have**:
- Minimum 5+ year of experience in Sales/Account Management/Revenue related role with provable track record - experience in the restaurant/food industry is a plus
- You are comfortable working with teams remotely and having them engaged through a common goal.
- You are resilient, impossible is not Glovo.
