**Purpose of the Job
Reporting to the Logistics Director BU Central, you will own and drive the end-to end cost optimization program for BU Central, lead continuous improvement and PMO Champion routines with local teams, support strategic decisions through financial analytics and support day to day operations through business case validation.
You will ensure cost control by building standard reports and ad hoc analysis, tracking operational KPIs and their financial impact.
You will also lead key projects from opportunity assessment to execution.
**Responsibilities**:
- Data gathering and analysis of main cost drivers, identification of potential opportunities for improvement
- Collaboration with operational teams to define potential projects and owners
- Business case creation and validation
- Support of FP&A team in preparation of the 1YP, providing inputs on potential risks and opportunities
- Responsible for PMO Champion routines in BU Central
- Consolidation of results and monthly reporting of projects financials
- Weekly routines with operational teams to track financial impacts and identify potential for improvement
- Lead opportunity assessment, feasibility assessment and execution of BU key projects
- Own, deliver and improve Logistics KPIs for BU Central: Variable Logistics Costs, Service Level, MIT, reverse logistics
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Engineering or Economics and at least 1 years in a similar role in an FMCG or 3PL
- Good knowledge of Logistics and Supply chain
- Experience in Project Management
- Strong analytical skills and financial acumen
- SAP-R3 ERP (MM, SD), advanced Microsoft Excel and advanced Microsoft Power Point
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong drive and ownership
- Fluent in both English and Italian
