**Commercial Management Manager
**Principal accountabilities**:
- Co-shape the commercial strategy and roadmap of E. ON Italy, becoming the leading partner for green energy needs in Italy
- Safeguarding of feasibility of E. ON Italy commercial plans and their execution
- Co-develop commercial strategy / mix of target customers - products / solutions - channels across B2C & B2B, across commodity & solutions
- Co-drive partnerships, channels development and commission schemes
- Co-develop value-driven sales steering across B2C & B2B, across commodity & solutions
- Co-drive short-term focused sales steering governance
- Co-Identify and assess large-scale growth and / or optimization opportunities - across all parts of the business and its value chain
- Co-develop and -implement the E. ON Business System (EBS) across the E. ON Italy organization, including value-add focused analytics
- Co-drive best practice-driven identification and implementation of significant improvement opportunities from across the E. ON regions and E. ON central
- Co-Drive and execute large scale projects and / or programmes - including responsibility as co-project lead / owner
- Orchestrate multi-stakeholder set-ups, regionally (areas within E. ON Italy) and on Group level (e. g.
E. ON Central Team; other E. ON countries)
- Become a trusted, reliable and well-respected source of advice and support within the e. on Italy organization
**Formal education / professional experience required for job**:
- University Master's degree or equivalent
- Relevant working experience of minimum 5 - 7 years in e. g. , consulting, corporate strategy / business development, industry or start-up (or similar)
- Proven track-record in commercial excellence - including business case driven planning, P&L driven analyses, value chain driven analyses and successful implementation
- Experienced in project and programme management, with proven leadership responsibilities, ideally located within a multi-stakeholder environment
- Structured and analytical way of working
- Self-driven and assertive personality
- Impact-focused and results-driven mentality
- Strong team player and collaborative style of working
- Good communication skills with the ability to produce clear and concise messages and communications to top management, as well as internal and external stakeholders
