We are looking for a Commercial Manager, a leadership role, for our Italian office to secure our business and develop its growth.
You will be running our day-to-day business and managing the team of up to 15 employees together with our Administrative Coordinator & Manager of Marketing in Milano.
We are located close to Central station in Milan within a Smart Infrastructure area and a beautiful view.
Our Sales Team requires your expertise, leadership and spirit to take the business to a new level.

**Responsibilities**:
- You will be responsible for the commercial development activities on our Italian market
- Identifying and managing commercial risks
- Analyze data and generate reports to identify potential for business growth
- Direct business growth strategies to help meet organizational goals and objectives (cross selling of products & product groups)
- Conduct market research to inform strategic business decisions
- Overseeing and developing the performance of the Sales team & Account Management
- Supporting Layout Team & -Supervise in commercial aspects of their tasks
- Coordinate, manage, and mentor our Sales Team professionals and work with Manager of Marketing to determine company goals and KPIs
- Recruit new Account Managers and Customer Service Personal
- Setting yearly goals & following up on quarterly results of your team and other performers
- Reporting directly to the Managing Director Italy

**Your profile**:
**Qualification & Experience**:
- University degree in Business or related fields
- At least of 5-10 years' experience in commercial roles (experiences gained in an international company operating in the print industry and market characterized in B2B Sales in a senior role will be an advantage)
- 5-10 years of experience in decision-making, leadership, the development of business and determination to achieve common goals together with several team members
- 5-10 years of experience in customer service and account management
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage a large number of products and product varieties
- Hands-on mentality towards work and business
- You've already managed a team: this means performance management, hiring, coaching and training
- Proficiency to use IT systems, commercial platforms, CRM and Office package
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) of both Italian and English language
