Commercial Manager - Machinery Division
Coster Tecnologie Speciali is a solid Italian multinational group operating in the industrial sector, with offices and production sites worldwide.

To support its development strategies, it has decided to strengthen the Machinery Division, dedicated to the design and manufacturing of filling machines and lines.
We are looking for the: COMMERCIAL MANAGER - MACHINERY DIVISION Main responsibilities The role, reporting to the General Manager of the Machinery Division, has the main responsibility of developing the business of the Division in international markets, achieving the expected revenue targets, and maximizing the Division's sales profit.
It will also promote the growth of revenues generated from After Sales.
The role manages the end-to-end sales process of the Machinery, from pre-sales to order acceptance to post-sales services.
Main activities: Define, control, and monitor annual global Machinery sales budget.
Create, develop, and maintain customer relations, acting as a reliable interlocutor for key accounts.
Oversee the end-to-end sales process: prospection, offer generation, negotiation, order intake, payments, etc.
Prepare and oversee the creation of commercial offers; manage and maintain the price list.
Analyse market trends and competitors and cooperate with technical team in new product/service development.
Coordinate the assigned team in Pero, in Torellò-Spain and in Pilar-Argentina (Commercial Support and Customer Service) to ensure global sales targets are reached, monitoring and controlling sales results and activities.
Collaborate with Coster global packaging commercial network.
Participate and organize, in cooperation with Marketing Department, Coster's presence at international sales exhibitions.
Create and review marketing material.
Candidate profile Master's degree, preferably in Engineering or Management Excellent English knowledge Solid experience in Managerial Sales Roles gained within International Companies operating on a project basis in the Industrial Plant and Machinery Sector, preferably in Packaging, filling, and automation, with a high customization Solid technical background Client-oriented mindset Analytical skills Ability to work as a team Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both towards the Client and within the Organization Willingness to travel (about 50% business trip) #J-18808-Ljbffr
