The company is a leading provider of Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) and Monitoring Radar solutions worldwide. We are looking for a **Commercial Officer

Main responsibilities are:

- Support GEO BU for back-office duties, such as preparation and update of pricelists, preparation of tender documentation, contracts, quotes template, support for events with sales network, etc.

;

- Support GEO BU and Marketing Dept.

in the budget definition for exhibitions/events, participate into the organization of main GEO BU events and collaborate for marketing and communication material

**What we want you to do**:

- Be responsible of update and maintaining of pricelist in SAP and Leica GRP tool;

- Support the GEO BU to keep update the quotes template and sales presentation;

- Support the GEO BU during the preparation of quotations and tenders;

- Support the Marketing department to organizing marketing material for workshop and events (brochure, gadget etc.

);

Support the GEO BU and Customer care with regards to Demo activities;

- Monitor the validity and filing of Distributor, Agency and other contracts in coordination with the GEO BU and the Legal office;

- Maintain Customer Master data (SAP client details).

**Desired Skills

**We would like to see**:

- At least 3-4 years in roles of Commercial Support/Back-office;

- High school Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Disciplines;

- Experience with SAP or similar ERP;

- Excellent organizer;

- Details oriented;

- Capable of tackling with multiple and different tasks, also under pressure;

- Good verbal and written communication skills;

- Fluent verbal and written English;

- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);

- Salesforce (not mandatory)
