Commercial Operation Assistant
The position will require fluency in English and with IT tools, relevant commitment in delivering on time results and constantly seeking efficiency in processes.
**RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate with the Commercial & Marketing Manager and the Sales Teams as support for commercial duties as detailed below:
- Register in pre-qualification processes with clients or end users (Coordinates with clients, gathers requested documentation internally, communicates with agent, uploads and updates documentation, analyzes and finalizes questionnaires, maintains databases)
- Finalize Third Party Intermediates Agreements (Agency Agreements) and Mother Company Due Diligence Processes (Coordinates with Sales Team, the internal lawyer, the mother company, and possible agents to finalize Due Diligence Processes and Agency Agreements, periodically checks/updates/validates agreements, maintains databases)
- Negotiate Confidentiality Agreements (CA) and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA)(Coordinates with clients and with mother company to sign CAs and NDAs in accordance with B&W guidelines)
- Support the Marketing Manager in marketing and communication activities(helps finalizing specific Marketing projects)
- Periodically Report the list of ongoing/open/closed activities (Coordination with Commercial and Marketing Manager)
**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS, EXPERIENCE
- A fluent English speaker, reader, and writer.
French is a plus.
- Shows communication and great teamworking skills, ability to prioritize tasks, organizational skills, speed on time execution, ability to work for parallel tasks under pressure and adaptability.
- Demonstrates a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems and tools quickly.
- Works with organization and rigor; autonomy and proactivity with continuous improvement mindset and courage to be innovative and autonomous.
- You consider accountability as a driving motivation factor to your growth.
- Previous experience with similar responsibilities.
