**Job Description** Eurofins Medical Device Services** is looking for a Commercial Operations & Inside Sales Manager** **to join our team Sales in Vimodrone, Italy.
The resource will report to the Sales and Business Development Director Europe, and will be in charge of:
- Managing Inside Sales and Commercial Operations teams, located in different countries;
- Defining and maintain workflows related to the team in order to make them more efficient;
- Setting up and monitoring specific KPI;
- Supporting the Sales and Business Development Director and Sales managers in the definition of commercial tools;
- Interfacing with Sales managers and other company functions to collect feedback and implement joint initiatives aimed at resolving any issues and continuously improving processes;
- Managing commercial systems used in the company (CRM, online results publication system, online ordering system);
- Taking complaints and coordinate their management with the relevant functions.
**Qualifications
- Degree in Management Engineering, Bioengineering or similar;
- Experience with resources management and project management;
- Abilities with monitoring of KPI, and organizational skills;
- Abilities in interface with different stakeholder;
- ** Excellent knowledge of english language**;
- Customer orientation;
- Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills;
- Excellent strategic planning and ability to work independently.
