For our **Commercial Operations team** we're looking for a **_Sales Support Assistant_** to be responsible for **administrative duties** and **assisting** Italian Consulting department **in gaining and maintaining all administrative activities** related to **new sales opportunities** and **pipeline**.

- ** Professional Services Automation (PSA) management**:WBSs creation, project resource assignments creation, hours and project gross margin tracking and monitoring with internal CRM system (Salesforce - SFDC)

- ** Contracts and invoicing management**: BNFs creation and submission in order to move the revenue from Salesforce to SAP and send invoices to clients

- ** Revenue recognition management**: monthly collect and upload details on Salesforce and collaborate with Finance for revenue recognition.

- ** Vendors POs management**: creation and management of contracts and Purchase Orders into the legacy systems for vendors related to Consutling projects

**Requirements**:

- Typically requires **1 year of prior relevant experience** (knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM system and knowledge of SAP will be considered a plus)

- Computer literacy: very good knowledge of **Microsoft Office suite** (especially Excel)

- Good knowledge of **English** (both written and spoken)

- Strong **organizational** **skills**:

- Excellent **team working**, **interpersonal communication skills** (both written and verbal)

- Ability to **perform multiple tasks** and **maintain demanding timelines

Location: Milan (12-months fixed-term contract)
