iGenius is seeking a Commercial Operations Intern who will have the opportunity to learn and support the optimization of our commercial processes.

In this role, you will collaborate with different departments to gain hands-on experience in streamlining workflows, analyzing data, and ensuring operational efficiency.

As a Commercial Operations Intern, you will report directly to the Head of Go-to-Market and Customer Success.

Job ResponsibilitiesSupport the design and improvement of commercial processes to align with company goalsAssist in monitoring the performance of workflows and identifying areas for improvement through data analysisCollaborate with teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product to streamline operations and gain insights into cross-functional processesHelp prepare training materials and provide support to the commercial team on new tools or processesLearn to manage and optimize tools like Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and analytics platformsEnsure accurate documentation and reporting of operational activities and updatesStay informed about relevant regulations and industry standards, and contribute to ensuring compliance in commercial operationsAssist in the preparation of presentations for the commercial teamRequirementsCurrently pursuing or who has recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related fieldEnthusiastic and proactive individuals with an interest in commercial operations and business processesBasic knowledge of data analysis and a willingness to learn tools like Excel or BI platformsA strong desire to collaborate with teams and contribute to operational efficiencyOrganized and detail-oriented individuals with good communication skillsAvailability for a structured learning experience with the potential to grow within the roleSkills You'll Develop and ApplyUnderstanding of how operational processes align with business goalsExposure to sales processes, market dynamics, and customer relationship management strategiesProficiency in collecting and analyzing data to monitor performance and track key metricsBasic forecasting techniques and understanding of market trendsHands-on experience with tools like Excel, dashboards, or BI platforms for reporting and analysisDevelopment of strong communication, organizational, and time management skillsBenefitsLearning Friday.
