Commercial Operations Manager
We are seeking a dedicated and analytical Commercial Operations Manager to join our Immunology team in Milan, Italy. As a key member of the Regeneron Immunology Italy Commercial Operations team, you will play an important role in supporting strategic and tactical decision-making through qualitative and quantitative analysis. This position offers the opportunity to enhance sales tools such as Veeva CRM and Tableau Dashboard, contributing to the overall effectiveness of our sales force. A Typical Day:
Collect key information from various sources, including internal systems, market research, and publicly accessible data, to transform into actionable insights. Develop, maintain, and support critical tools for sales force activities, such as Veeva CRM, Veeva PromoMats, and Tableau Dashboard. Lead analytics projects to extract, manage, and analyze customer data from multiple applications, ensuring goals and requirements are met. Communicate and track key performance metrics across departments and within active partnerships. Generate reports of findings and present these to all levels of the organization. Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure quality and prevent discrepancies. Actively participate in the International Commercial Operations community, collaborating and sharing experiences with international colleagues. This Role May Be For You:
You excel in communication and presentation skills, applying advanced analysis within a business context. You are meticulous and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously. You have strong interpersonal and time-management skills. You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI), and Veeva CRM. To Be Considered:
Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field, with fluency in Italian and business-level English. A minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3+ years in an analytics role, is required. Experience in the pharmaceutical market is essential, and previous work within a co-promote or alliance is a plus.
