We are looking for an experienced Commercial Operations Specialist to manage the company's supply of products and services.

Responsibilities include strategizing to find cost-effective deals and suppliers and support the operations manager activities through the focus on logistics and export.

**Major Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Create and implement regional procurement strategies that are innovative,

cost-effective, and incorporate the growing complexities and challenges within the

industry.

- Maintaining relationships with suppliers while continually searching for additional

vendors.

- Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.

- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers.

- Overseeing and managing the IT systems that track shipments, inventory, and the

supply of goods.

- Organizing and confirming delivery of goods and services.

- Conduct inspection visits for quality control and shipping overseeing.

- Evaluating spending operations while seeking ways to improve and enhance the

quality of products/services purchased and the timeliness of deliveries.

- Managing purchase orders, control of schedules, deadlines and relative export and

financial documentation.

- Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.

- Collect and analyze data to ensure the company is making the best decisions.

- Keep abreast of changing industry trends.

- Preparing procurement reports.

- Provide general administrative and operational support.

**Required Skill-Set**:

- To have a communicative attitude and not be afraid of rolling up your sleeves and getting

your hands dirty (I can do it and I will show you how mentality).

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

- Experience with remote assistance.

- Experience in working with freight-forwarding/logistics management.

- Ability to create reports and conduct a cost analysis.

- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills

- Excellent negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects

- Native in Italian and fluent in English, ( Spanish/ German is a plus)

**Education Background**:

- BS/BA in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain.

- OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

**Work History**:

- 2 years of experience in Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain.

Proven track record of building credible, reliable and customer focused logistics team.

**Desired Skill-Set**:

- Valid Driver's License

- Own car

**Personal Background**:

- Important to be a digital native and ability to adapt using various apps and softwares.

- Strong understanding of purchasing processes and policies.

- Familiarity with basic accounting principles.

- Have a strong customer-service background.

- Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively

communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results.

- Good computer skills (Excel, Word).

- Highly Organized.
