We are looking for you who will support our Operations department for Polestar in Italy.

This role will be part of the Polestar Italy Operations department and will be based at our Polestar office in Milan.

This position will report to the Italian Head of Operations.

We understand that work-life balance isn't easy, and of course, welcome our employees to work flexible hours and from home a couple of days per week if needed.

**What You'll Do

In this role you will be supporting the planning and the execution of internal car transports and handovers.

You will as well support the creation of reports and KPIs analysis, including but not limited to handover centers performances.

Other tasks you will be accountable for:

- Support in the managing of the internal car fleet.

- Support with customer requests and customer management.

- Support in the relationships with banks and leasing companies.

**Who You Are

We are looking for a person with a high personal drive and determination to help the Operations department develop the Polestar offering to customers.

You are creative and proactive, and you have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

You are a natural problem solver as well as enthusiast about Polestar product and mission.

We also believe you have:

- Degree in related filed

- Strong passion for automotive and electromobility

- Fluent in Italian and English, further language(s) an advantage

- Previous experience in automotive is a good plus
