Join us in our Commercial Planning Team and support us in enhancing our Indirect Retail performances through commercial special projects and activation tools.
As a member of our team, you will be involved in data analysis extracting meaningful trends and insights related to business performances; monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to special projects and support in special projects execution.
You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams in design and implementation of local tests in line with company business objectives.
Specific Responsibilities: Analytics: ad hoc analyses to drive, support and improve business performance of Indirect Retail channel, understanding of trends and insights generation, monitoring KPIs related to special projects and local tests.
Reporting: support in special projects performance tracking & reporting using performance visualization tools (e. g.
Power BI), to facilitate decision-making process and guarantee a recognized source of information.
Support in audits to ensure compliance with commercial guidelines.
Who we're looking for: University Degree, preferably in Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, or Engineering.
Fluent in English and in Italian (written and spoken).
Ability to work alone, in a team and to engage with multifunctional stakeholders.
Creativity, Proactive, customer and problem-solving attitude.
Analytical skills: passionate about numbers, analysis, and deep-diving market insights.
Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
What's 'nice to have': Knowledge of Power BI.
A previous experience in back-office roles (preferably analytical roles).
Good communication skills.
Quick learning capabilities, entrepreneurial spirit, and curiosity.
Customer and problem-solving orientation.
