We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Commercial Planning Specialist.

The candidate will play a key role in supporting both internal and external commercial networks by implementing various activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Design and development of commercial initiativesData analysisDesign commercial initiativesKPI MonitoringCost BudgetingSupport in commercial budgeting and forecastingSupport in budget monitoringDevelopment and Implementation of Business Meetings with the Network of AgentsAnnual planning of meetings with the agency networkDefining the event conceptCollaborate with the Events Office to define logistical aspectsDrafting the lineup and content for speakersManaging Agency requests for Commercial InitiativesEnsuring compliance with corporate brand guidelines for logo useAnalyzing requestsSharing information with Territorial Management regarding the opportunity of the initiativePreparing any required supporting materialsCreation of Support Materials for AgenciesWorking closely with marketing and communication teams to create and update commercial materials (brochure, conversation starter ecc)Managing branding elements (window stickers, signs, plaques)KEY REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing or a related fieldProven experience of at least 2-3 years in similar roles, preferably in the insurance or financial sectorExperience in international contexts would be a plusExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detailGood understanding of the specific priorities in the retail business and the marketing support requiredAbility to work both independently and as part of a team, with strong communication skillsFluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken)66319 | Sales & Distribution | Professional | Allianz Italy | Full-Time | Permanent
